It's clear that July '07 is flatter than '06. But is it generally lower, or of similar mean with smaller deviation? It's hard to get an idea of any common point of comparison as they're drawn here. Does the UCI allow albuterol? I once read that the IOC considers "beta-2-agonists" (like albuterol) to have anabolic effects. In my limited understanding, I can't imagine that the inhaled variety could possibly be anabolic in any way - but what do I know? Do you know about the UCI John?
